Robert Loftis, PLA, ASLA
The Road Warrior
In 2004 Rob Loftis began a single-minded quest to bring landscape architecture to communities throughout New Mexico. His belief that communities of all sizes deserve quality outdoor spaces was fostered by many, many hours of windshield time with MRWM's founder, Baker Morrow. Together Baker and Rob created quality of life enhancements from one corner of New Mexico to the other, often in the same week!
Rob specializes in Parks and Recreation, school campuses, athletic facilities and Main Street redevelopment projects. He is a passionate advocate for rural New Mexico communities and enjoys working with the public and municipal staff to create special places for citizens to relax, recreate, celebrate and remember.
His passion for New Mexico extends beyond our borders, all the way to the halls of Congress. Rob makes yearly trips to Washington DC where he advocates for funding for trails, parks, complete streets, stormwater infrastructure, and Main Street projects.
When not on the clock Rob can still be found on the road, seeking out the most remote treasures in the Land of Enchantment with his three sons in tow.
